10 January 2018 – Mr. Panagiotis Pardalis, International Communication, Department of Communication at The Smile of the Child spoke about how the organization employs 487 specialists (social workers, psychologists, rescuers, nurses, educators, teachers) and 2,381 active volunteers as well as how it coordinates 12 Centers Emergency Social Intervention across Greece.

Moreover, he presented the main sources of the organization’s funding and shared with the audience their secrets on how they maintain individuals and companies’ trust throughout the years.

Finally, the speaker analyzed the percentage of the organization’s administrative and operating costs.
