New Funding for HIGGS from The Hellenic Initiative

We are happy to announce that in 2018, HIGGS will be funded by The Hellenic Initiative. Μore specifically, the Foundation will support the next two rounds of the Accelerator Program, offering significant help to small and medium-sized organizations οf civil society, which will receive training and counselling on their strategy, thus enabling them to increase their effectiveness and thus their social impact.

Mr Michalis Printzos, Program Director at The Hellenic Initiative, shares his perspective on the funding:

“I am extremely happy for our collaboration with HIGGS, because I believe that this funding will help significantly the supported organizations. Capacity building is an up to date topic,  due to the fact that Nonprofit Organizations in Greece gradually take over a large role in society. Knowing that the Accelerator program covers a wide range of the training needs of NPOs, while emphasizing on fundraising and its effective management, I am convinced that the results, both in quantity and in quality level, will be amazing and they will contribute to the general enhancement of the ecosystem.
