HIGGS Donors’ Speed-Dating Event II
12 June 2018 – The 2nd HIGGS Donors’ Speed-Dating Event is a fact! An event which brought together 26 of the largest Public Benefit Foundations of our country and companies involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, with 84 Nonprofit Organizations from all over Greece.
The Speed-Dating method enabled NPOs to present their work and discuss with the Donors about possible ways of collaboration that could help them strengthen their actions.
HIGGS, the 1st Incubator and Accelerator for Nonprofit Organizations in Greece, has once again been the link of these two fields, which both have the will to meet the needs of thousands of people from vulnerable groups in our country through their work and projects.
The Public Benefit Foundations which participated in the Donors’ Speed Dating Event were the following: Stavros Niarchos Foundation, The Hellenic Initiative, the US Embassy, the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation, the TIMA Charitable Foundation, the Captain Vasilis & Carmen Constantakopoulos Foundation, The Vodafone Foundation, the A.C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation, Costas M. Lemos Foundation, the Ascend Collaborative, the Bodossaki Foundation and the G & A Mamidakis Foundation. We also had representatives from the following companies: ABBVIE Pharmaceuticals, CITI, Genesis Pharma, Microsoft Hellas, METRO, Nestle, OTE, Procter & Gamble, WIND, AB Vassilopoulos, Athenian Brewery, Hellenic Petroleum, Heron and Sklavenitis.
