Eight organizations of HIGGS funded by “Points of Support”

Among the 19 organizations selected to receive grants from four Foundations under the 2nd round of the Program “Points of Support” for 2017-2018 there are also 8 organizations – participating in the HIGGS programs.

More specifically, the organizations – participating in our programs, selected among 148 applications, are:
• The Tipping Point – Incubator 01
• iSea – Incubator 01
• Association for People with Kinetic Disabilities and Friends “PERPATO” – Accelerator 01
• NOSILIA Association – Accelerator 01
• Philanthropic Non Profit Assocation of Parents and Guardians of People with Disabilities of Imathia – Accelerator 01
• Emfasis Foundation – Accelerator 02
• Volunteers Association for the Support of Minors and Youth  “Entos # Ektos” – Accelerator 02
• The Voluntary Ministry of Hospital Patients (ΕDΑΝΙ)– Accelerator 02

The Points of Support is a joint initiative by the TIMA Charitable Foundation, the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation, the Hellenic Hope charity organization, and the Bodossaki Foundation.

The program aims, on the one hand, to support small-scale original projects with the highest possible social impact on vulnerable social groups and, on the other hand, to reinforce and to provide capacity building for Greek civil society organizations, for their further development and effectiveness of their work.
