Outreach: NGOs & Digital Marketing

24 January 2018 – 90 organizations, from Greece and abroad, honored us with their presence in the «Outreach event: NGOs & Digital Marketing», while we had the pleasure of hosting speakers with extensive experience in business and NPOs sectors.

Giorgos Argyrakis, Account Director, Team OTE, OgilvyOne Worldwide, Greece, Suchi Gaur, Communication Specialist South-East Asia, Project HOPE, India and Apostolos Katsiotis, Fundraising & Communications Director, Medecins Sans Frontieres, Greece spoke about NPOs’ digital tools and communication strategies.

Furthermore, as the event took place in the context of our participation in the European Program Erasmus+ , entitled “Advancing the Third Sector through Innovation and Variation”, participants had the chance to get informed by Aris Souras, Accelerator Manager, HIGGS about the project and also the creation of a “serious game” aimed at meeting the training needs of NPO workers.

What are exactly HIGGS’ OUTREACH EVENTS?

HIGGS (Higher Incubator Giving Growth and Sustainability), operating as a meeting point for Greek and International NPOs and the Community, devoted to the power of information and extraversion, organizes the open event “Outreach Event: Extraversion Towards Knowledge”.

The “Outreach Event: Extraversion Towards Knowledge” includes presentations and lectures on topics, questions and contemplations concerning not only NPOs but also Greek society in general.
