Three-day training seminar “NGOs & Leadership” by HIGGS

5-7 May 2017 – 14 members of NGOs participated in the training seminar entitled “NGOs & Leadership” which was facilitated by Gerasimos Kouvaras, General Director of ActionAid Hellas.

Mr Kouvaras talked about the important role of Leadership in the field of NGOs, as well as the ways in which a charismatic leader can change the organizational culture and decisively influence its development.
